Deed from Thomas and Sarah Hutchinson to Caleb Lyman and John Barrot, 1718 April 12.

Deed in which Thomas Hutchinson sold a parcel of land "on part whereof stand the New North Meeting House" to Caleb Lyman and John Barrot, Deacons, dated 4 February 1717, acknowledged 4 March 1717, and recorded 12 April 1718. Sarah, wife of Thomas Hutchinson, also signed reliquishing any rights she had in the parcel.
